Let's take a few moments to wind down and prepare your mind and body for a restful night's sleep. Make yourself comfortable in your bed, lying on your back with your arms relaxed at your sides. Close your eyes gently. Now, take a deep breath in through your nose, filling your lungs completely.

Hold it for a moment, and then slowly exhale through your mouth, letting go of any tension. Repeat this a few times with each exhale. Feel your body sinking deeper into the mattress. Imagine that you are outside on a warm, clear night. Above you, the sky is a deep, velvety blue, dotted with countless stars.

Picture the twinkling lights, some bright, others faint, all scattered across the vast expanse. Focus on the stars, their steady, calming presence. Visualize one star in particular, shining a little brighter than the others. Let this star be your anchor, your point of focus. As you breathe in, Imagine that you are drawing in the star's serene energy.
